Draw Regulations

Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Tickets can only be purchased and sold within British Columbia. Winners will be determined by random draws. The ticket sales end at 5:00 pm, Tuesday, February 20, 2007. Winning numbers will be announced in Ming Pao Daily News, Sing Tao Daily and The Vancouver Sun on Thursday, March 1, 2007. Winning numbers will also be posted at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. offices and website: www.success.bc.ca. Winners consent to the release of their names by licensee. Winners of the draw must bring the winning ticket and two identifications (one with photograph) to S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation (Room 302, 28 West Pender St., Vancouver) to claim the prize. Winners who fail to claim the prize by February 24, 2008, will deem to have forfeited their rights to do so. Chances are 1 in 80,000 (total tickets for sale) to win a grand prize.
