Q: How to join S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Walk with the Dragon?
A: Participants can join the Walk either as an individual or a team to collect pledges. Pledge forms and team registration forms are available at our web site www.successfoundation.ca, all S.U.C.C.E.S.S. offices and participating financial institutions. Highest Pledge Collection Awards will be presented in three categories: Financial Institutions, Groups and Individuals. Each pledge earners has the opportunity to enter the Walk 2010 Lucky Draw to win great prizes.
Q: How do I register as a new walker?
A: In the Online Pledging Home Page, click on “New Walker Sign Up” (fig 1)

and simply enter your first name, last name, contact information and email address to setup your Walker account.

Come and join our Walk this year on Sunday, July 11th! A confirmation email will be sent to you once you have submitted your signup. Please follow the instructions from the confirmation email and activate your account.
Also, your email address is the key to your identification and any other email confirmation features. For details please contact S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation

To activate your account, simply enter the initial password as shown

and setup your own personal password at the same time. Once completed, return to Online Pledging Home Page to login

Q: How do I join a team?
A: To join a team, first sign-in to your Walker account by entering your email address and password. How do I register as a new walker?

In the menu panel, click on "Update My Profile/Team".

In your Walker Profile, click on "Join a team".

Simply select the team you want to join and click "Submit".

** Please note that once you have joined a team, your status could not be reversed to "an Individual".
Q: How do I create a team?
A: To create a team, first sign-in to your Walker account by entering your email address and password. How do I register as a new walker?

In your Walker Profile, click on "Create my own team".

Enter your team name in English or Chinese (if applicable).

** Please note that once you have created a team, your status cannot be reversed.
Q: How many credit card transactions can I make per day?
A: A maximum of nine (9) transactions can be made per credit card per day.
Q: How do I pledge for a team?
A: In the Online Pledging Home Page, click on "Search a Team".

Enter the team name in space provided and click "Search".

Click on "Team" under "Sponsor to" column of the team you want to support and proceed to pledge through Walk 2010 Online Fundraising page.
Q: How do I pledge for an individual?
A: In the Online Pledging Home Page, click on "Search an Individual".

Enter "First Name" and/or "Last Name" of the individual you would like to sponsor and click "Search".

Click on "Individual" under "Sponsor to" column of the individual you want to support and proceed to pledge through Walk 2010 Online Fundraising page.
Q: How will I know if someone has sponsored me?
A: When a sponsor makes a pledge to a walker, both the sponsor and walker will automatically receive a confirmation email from S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation. If the walker did not receive this confirmation email, the walker can retrieve the confirmation email from his/her "Message Box".
Q: How do I retrieve messages from my message box?
A: Login into your Walker Account using your email and password.

In the menu panel, click on "Message Box."

Q: I have made a donation through Online Fundraising Website, but have not received tax receipt for my donation. What should I do?
A: An official donation receipt for income tax purpose will be issued once we have confirmed payment is $20 or more. This tax receipt will be sent to the donor through email within a week after the transaction is made. If the donor does not receive the tax receipt within one week after the transaction, please contact S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation at 604-408-7228, or contact your walker.
Q: I have received an electronic tax receipt through email, but I could not open the attached receipt. What should I do?
A: The electronic tax receipt has been created as a PDF (portable document format) document, and can be read using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, it is available free of charge from http://www.adobe.com. If you have trouble downloading your tax receipt, please contact S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation at 604-408-7228, or contact your walker.
Q: I would like to email my donor his/her tax receipt, how can I access the tax receipt from my Walker account?
A: Login into your Walker Account using your email and password.

Click on “My Summary” in the menu, and tax receipt icons are shown beside the corresponding donations.
