A: Participants can join the Walk either as an individual or a team to collect pledges. Pledge forms and team registration forms are available at our web site www.successfoundation.ca, all S.U.C.C.E.S.S. offices and participating financial institutions. Highest Pledge Collection Awards will be presented in three categories: Financial Institutions, Groups and Individuals. Each pledge earners has the opportunity to enter the Walk 2012 Lucky Draw to win great prizes.
A: In the Walk with the Dragon Online Pledging Home Page, click on “Register Here” and select “Individual Registration”. Simply enter your first name, last name, contact information and email address to setup your account.
To activate your account, simply enter the initial password as shown and setup your own personal password at the same time. Once completed, return to Online Pledging Home to login.
A: In the Walk with the Dragon Online Pledging Home Page, click on “Register Here” and select “Join an Existing Team”. If you have registered as an individual participant, click on “yes” to answer the popup question. Sign-in to your account by entering your email address and password.
Once signed in, click on “Join a Team” in the menu panel. Simply select the team you want to join and click “Submit”.
If you have not registered as an individual participant, click on “no” to answer the popup question and you will be directed to individual registration. “How do I register as an individual participant?”
Once registered, you can sign-in to your account and follow instructions stated above.
** If the team you want to join is not listed, please contact S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation at 604-408-7228.
**Please note that once you joined a team, your status cannot revert to individual.
A: In the Walk with the Dragon Online Pledging Home Page, click on “Register Here” and select “Form a Team”. If you have registered as an individual participant, click on “yes” to answer the popup question. Sign-in to your account by entering your email address and password.
Once signed in, click on “Form a Team” in the menu panel. Enter your team name in English or Chinese (if applicable) and click “Submit”.
If you have not registered as an individual participant, click on “no” to answer the popup question and you will be directed to individual registration. “How do I register as an individual participant?”
Once registered, you can sign-in to your account and follow instructions stated above.
**Please note that once you have formed a team, your status cannot change to individual.
A: A maximum of nine (9) transactions can be made per credit card per day.
A: In the Online Pledging Home Page, click on “Sponsor a Walker”.
Enter "First Name" and/or "Last Name" of the participant you would like to sponsor and click "Search".
Click the participant you want to support and proceed to make a secure payment.
A: In the Online Pledging Home Page, click on “Make a Donation” and proceed to make a secure payment.
A: When a sponsor makes a pledge to you, both you and your sponsor will automatically receive a confirmation email from S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation. If you did not receive this confirmation email, you can retrieve the confirmation email from your "Message Box".
A: In the Online Pledging Home Page, click on “Login to Collect Pledges”. Log-in to your account using your email and password. In the menu panel, click on “Message Box” to retrieve messages.
A: An official donation receipt for income tax purpose will be issued if the donation is $20 or more. The tax receipt will be sent to the donor through email within a week after the transaction is made. If the tax receipt has not been received within one week, please contact S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation at 604-408-7228.
A: The electronic tax receipt has been created as a PDF (portable document format) document, and can be read using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, it is available free of charge from http://www.adobe.com. If you have trouble downloading your tax receipt, please contact S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation at 604-408-7228.
A: In the Online Pledging Home Page, click on “Login to Collect Pledges”. Log-in to your account using your email and password. Click on “My Summary” in the menu, and tax receipt icons are shown beside the corresponding donations.
